Moldova State University, UiT the Arctic University of Norway and GenØk has received seed funding through the EURASIA-program at the Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education (SIU) in order to write an application for funding of a university course in biosafety. Representatives from the Department of Arctic and Marine Biology at UiT and GenØk visited the university in Chisinau, and this week the Moldovan delegation returned the visit. The project aims to give Master and PhD-students from Moldova both hands-on and web based education in biosafety.
