Prof. Traavik reaches the age of retirement in 2013, but GenØk is pleased to announce that Traavik, who is a co-founder and for many years was the Scientific Director of GenØk, will remain in GenØk as a Consultant in the coming 12-month period.

During the last two years, Prof. Traavik has, among other projects, been the co-director of GenØks research collaboration with the Federal University of Santa Catarina in Florianopolis, Brazil. He will continue his work within this project, and GenØk is extremely happy to be able to utilize his knowledge and experience for one more year.
